We have appeared in courts of appeals across the United States including at the certiorari and deserves levels within the Supreme Court, in addition to in appellate courts in jurisdictions worldwide. Several of our appellate lawyers have clerked for judges at different levels of the judicial system. Successfully defended a genetic testing company earlier than the California Court of Appeals in 2019 and 2020 in a putative class motion underneath Section 11 of the Securities Act.
