This initiative, of which Shutts is a proud member agency, aims to offer free authorized help to active-duty service members statewide, addressing one of the most important areas of concern for Florida’s military inhabitants. In 2019, our attorneys offered three,415 pro bono service hours, amounting to the equivalent of $1,393,369 in billable hours. In 2020, our attorneys provided 3,740 pro bono service hours, amounting to the equivalent of $1,619,189 in billable hours. The Young Lawyers Committee, open to any attorney in follow for 10 years or fewer, organizes public service and social events for its members.
