We defended claims brought in opposition to a large national energy firm by a state company for allegedly defectively designing waste incinerators that had been to provide energy with new vitality efficiencies. We won an appeal on behalf of an insured house owner in a dispute over a judgment lien that was recorded towards the vendor after the sales contract was executed but earlier than all contingencies had been glad.
